Hugging this character: She'll probably be a little weirded out if you're not at least an acquaintance, but otherwise she likes hugs.
Kissing this character: She probably won't be happy about it without at least a little bit of build up / mutual attraction.
Flirting with this character: Go for it, if she's interested she'll flirt back. If not, she'll let you know. ;^)
Fighting with this character: Go ahead, her powers are pretty strong though.

Using telepathy/mind reading abilities on this character: You can, but she won't be happy about someone poking around without permission. And no actual mind control, etc. without asking first, please.
Warnings: Zoe's underage (17), and she's been involved in violence and seen people die. Also, she has a tendency to alter people's clothes with her powers without asking permission first. While that's something I'll try to remember to ask for OOC permission for, please let me know if you definitely don't want her doing that.
